STEP ONE
KNOW YOUR
BUDGET
Renovations come in all shapes and sizes. The style, size and products chosen can quickly add thousands of dollars. Sharing your budget with your contractor allows him (or her) to suggest the right renovation plan and products to fit your needs.
Within one week from our meeting, you will receive our No-Surprise detailed quote. Once you accept our quote, we will choose a start date and sign a detailed work contract including scope of work and timelines.
STEP TWO
NO-SURPRISE QUOTE
STEP THREE
PLAN + VISION
On the first day of the renovation, our lead contractor and the renovation team will meet you in your home to go over the renovation plan and vision. The lead contractor remains involved through regular inspections of the work site and updating you often on progress.
STEP FOUR
UPON COMPLETION
Once the renovation is complete, you get to enjoy your space knowing that the work is protected by a 2-year warranty.
